2017-2018 Calendar
Sales Tax Holiday-
Before you know it summer will be over and everyone will be heading back to school, which means back-to-school shopping is just around the corner.
Missouri residents can take advantage of Missouri sales tax holiday, August 4-6, 2017. This holiday has been created by the Missouri Department of Revenue specifically for back-to-school purchases such as clothing, backpacks, and school supplies. However, this holiday does have some exemptions:
Clothing - any article having a taxable value of $100 or less
School supplies - not to exceed $50 per purchase
Computer software - taxable value of $350 or less
Personal computers - not to exceed $1,500
Computer peripheral devices - not to exceed $3,500
Graphing Calculators - not to exceed $150
Cities in Missouri are given the option to participate in this holiday. Cities that choose not to participate in the tax free weekend will still be exempt from state and county tax, but city tax will still apply to consumer purchases. For list of counties and cities that are not participating and additional information, visit the Missouri Department of Revenue website.

Volleyball - 7-10am
Softball - 8-10am
CC - 7-9am
Golf - 4-6pm
Football - Mon and Tues 7-10am and Wed - Fri 3-6pm
Soccer - 7:30-10:30am
BHMS Sports- first day of practice/tryouts for students involved in football, softball, cross country, volleyball, and cheerleading will be the first day of school August 17th.
Please remember to bring your physical form with you on the first day of practice. Physical Form
Sports Spectacular is August 8th at 5pm at WHS
Middle school athletes will get their schedule after the first day of school.
